Nothing new really

I am just writing since I am not as tired as I usually am. It's weird because there's not much to say really. I am still enjoying being a dad and my son is really great (see previous post). I had the day off but I work all day Sunday and Monday. Hopefully the 4th will be really slow so I don't have to thread movies over and over again. I assume people will have things to do instead of going to the movies. I don't get to see as many as I used to. I have seen Star Wars Episode III, Batman Begins, and Madagascar. I really want to see War of the Worlds and Fantastic Four but it's hard to get out with the child and I don't like to leave Laura all alone with him unless it's really necessary like when I am at work. I have enjoyed a night of poker at my house which had me stay up until 4 am. It was crazy. The sun was rising it was so damn early. But I really enjoyed the game and the company. It was nice to have friends to hang out with that weren't friends-in-law. I don't have any problems with Laura's friends but it's sort of nice to have my own. I haven't really made friends while in Maine but now I have. The last few people I hung out with were a decade younger than me. These are at least a few years older and can drink. Anyway, hopefully when I write next I will have more to say. Adios.
